Appointment Policy
All treatments are provided by appointment only. Clients should arrive on time to allow for consultation, preparation and treatment without delay. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.
Deposit Policy
Certain treatments may require a deposit to secure an appointment. Deposits are applied toward treatment cost and may be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled outside the permitted notice period.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in deposit loss or a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend without notice may forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay future bookings.
Refund Policy
Payments for services rendered are non-refundable. Products may be eligible for exchange only if unopened and returned within the applicable return period, subject to clinic discretion.
Treatment Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary based on age, skin condition, lifestyle, medical history and aftercare compliance. No specific outcome can be guaranteed.
Medical Disclosure
Clients must provide accurate medical information, including medications, allergies and relevant health conditions, before treatment.
Photography & Consent
Clinical photographs may be taken for documentation and progress tracking. Images are used for education or marketing only with explicit written consent.
Children Policy
To ensure a peaceful, safe and relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly ask that children not accompany you to your appointment unless they are scheduled to receive a treatment themselves.
Right to Refuse Treatment
Alpha Aesthetika reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment if a procedure is medically inappropriate, unsafe or unlikely to provide satisfactory results.
