Orders & Delivery
Yes. We deliver nationwide across Ghana. Delivery within Accra is typically faster, while orders to other regions take a little longer depending on the courier and your location.
Orders within Accra usually arrive within 1–3 working days, and other regions within a few working days. You will receive an order confirmation, and we will be in touch if anything affects your delivery timeline.
Yes. You are welcome to collect your order in person at our East Legon clinic. Choose in-clinic pickup at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready.
Payments are processed securely online through Paystack, which supports mobile money and major debit and credit cards. Your card and payment details are never stored on our servers.
Products & Ingredients
Start with your main concern — for example dryness, breakouts, dark spots or signs of ageing. You can browse by concern, read the product details and star ingredients, or reach out to us and we will happily point you in the right direction.
Most of our products are formulated to suit a wide range of skin types. That said, every skin is unique, so we always recommend reviewing the ingredients and, if you are unsure, contacting us before purchasing.
Yes, we recommend it. Apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours. If you notice redness, itching or irritation, discontinue use. Patch testing is especially important for active ingredients.
Star ingredients are the key actives that make a product effective — such as vitamin C for brightness, hyaluronic acid for hydration, or retinol for renewal. We highlight them on each product so you can quickly see what it is designed to do.
This varies by product and brand. If this is important to you, please reach out before ordering and we will confirm the details for the specific item you are considering.
Using Your Products
As a general rule, work from lightest to richest: cleanse, then treat (serums and actives), then moisturise, and finish with sunscreen every morning. Allow each layer a moment to absorb before applying the next.
Introduce actives gradually — often two to three evenings a week to begin with — and build up as your skin adjusts. Retinoids are best used at night. If your skin feels sensitised, reduce the frequency.
Yes. Daily broad-spectrum SPF is the single most important step for protecting your results and your skin. It is especially important when using actives such as retinoids, vitamin C or exfoliating acids, which can increase sun sensitivity.
No. Avoid applying actives, exfoliants or retinoids to broken, raw or actively irritated skin. Let your skin recover first, and reintroduce products gently. If irritation persists, please reach out to us.
Returns & Support
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only consider returns or exchanges for unopened products in their original, unused condition. Please contact us within a few days of receiving your order so we can assist.
We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a photo of the damaged item, and we will make it right.
You can reach us through our contact page and we will respond as quickly as we can. We are always happy to help with product questions, orders or treatment enquiries.
Consultations & Treatments
You can book online through our booking page. Choose your service, select a time that suits you, and we will confirm your appointment.
Most treatments require a small deposit to secure your appointment, which is confirmed during booking. Where a consultation is required, this is treated as a consultation fee. Full details are shown when you book.
We offer a range of advanced aesthetic and skin treatments at our East Legon clinic. Browse our services to see what is available, and book a consultation if you would like a personalised recommendation.
